SINGLETARY (REVISE TRAFFIC FEES) <br />CONTINUED DG -87-92 - UPDATED HOUSING ELEMENT <br />The City Council has the right to appeal a Commission action, per City <br />Ordinance, Section # 18.32.020 (F.8), within 7 calendar days of the <br />Planning Commission action. At least two Council members must submit a <br />written appeal to the Community Development Department in order to initiate <br />the appeal process on any given project. <br />Thank you <br />
