1 RESOLUTION NO. R-03-93 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />2 CITY COUNCIL UPHOLDING THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION DECISION CONCERNING AN <br />3 AMENDMENT OF TRAFFIC FEES FOR FILE <br />INDEX NUMBER DC-61-92. <br />4 <br />5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did. <br />6 hold a public hearing for File Index Number DC-61-92 on November <br />7 24, 1992 to consider the applicant's request for an amendment to <br />8 the Conditions of Approval concerning Traffic Impact Fees; and <br />9 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did approve the reduction of <br />10 impact fees to $11,320.00; <br />11 WHEREAS, the applicant has appealed said decision within the <br />12 required time frame; and <br />13 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the appeal is <br />14 unjustified, based on the information provided. <br />15 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />16 <br />Of Colton that the finding and decision of the Planning Commission <br />17 were correct and be it further resolved that the City Council <br />18 hereby reaffirms said finding and decision and thereby denies the <br />applicant's appeal. <br />19 <br />20 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 1993. <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 FRANK A.
