SINGLETARY <br />REQUEST: Modifications of Conditions of Approval <br />T <br />BACKGROUND: p <br />On October 13, 1992, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the Environmental ~ <br />Review, Conditional Use Permit, Site and Architectural Design for an agricultural supply <br />facility to be located at 12890 Pellisier Road, in the recently annexed Agua Mansa Area. <br />F <br />Approval included the assessment of a traffic impact fee (in excess of $30,000) for the <br />project's share for future traffic -related improvements in the area. The applicant is <br />requesting a modification to the original Conditions of Approval; specifically the method <br />and classification used, to determine the traffic fees, for a possible fee reduction. F <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The calculations used to assess the fee will be reviewed by the Traffic Committee at their R <br />meeting on November 18, 1992. Based on the outcome of the meeting, staff will determine <br />whether or not the fee can be reduced.
