We intend to continue to offer free audit on <br />customer request, and follow up with Azusa's industrial customers in the <br />implementation of identified conservation/efficiency treasures in the coming <br />years - <br />4.4-3.1 Refrigerator Recycling Program <br />For over two year to November, 1996, Colton operated a second refrigerator recycling program <br />under contract with the ,appliance recycling Centers of America (ARCA). Over 200 old operating <br />refrigerators were recycled under the program. <br />4.4.3.2 Energy Audit Program <br />Starting June, 1997, Colton's energy audit program will be upgraded by offering residential and <br />commercial customers an audit using MarketManager, a simulation model. This service will be <br />actively marketed starting June 18, 1997. Prior to this service, commercial audits consisted of <br />walk-through and billing analysis and residences were similarly audited with case -specific on-site <br />appliance metering. <br />4.4.3.3 Public Information <br />Since 1988, Colton has actively provided residential and commercial customers with booklets, <br />technical assistance and on-site analysis to help Customers reduce the amount of their electric bill. <br />4.4.3.4. Time -of -Use Rates <br />Colton implemented time -of -use rates for industrial customers in 1994 as demand-side program. <br />In 1997, time -of -use meters for these customers were upgraded, which provided the ability to <br />provide these customers with monthly load profile reports. <br />4.5 Cities' Transmission Access <br />16 <br />
