Sea.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and <br />adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as <br />of July 1, 1997 contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of , 1997. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
