acquiescence by such party to the claims and allegations of the
<br />other parties.
<br />-1 2. Release and Discharge. In consideration of the
<br />payments called for herein, JULIE HAYWARD BIGGS completely
<br />releases and forever discharges the CITY OF COLTON, the City
<br />Council, collectively and individually, said parties' past,
<br />present and future councilpersons, attorneys, agents, servants,
<br />representatives, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners,
<br />predecessors, and successors in interest and assigns, and all
<br />other persons, firms, or corporations with whom any of the former
<br />have been, are now, or may hereafter be affiliated, of and from
<br />any and all past, present or future claims, demands, obligations,
<br />actions, causes of action, employment claims, including any
<br />possible worker's compensation claims, rights, damages, costs,
<br />loss of services, expenses and compensation of any nature
<br />whatsoever, whether based on a tort, contract or other theory of
<br />recovery, and whether for compensation of punitive damages, which
<br />JULIE HAYWARD BIGGS now has, or which may hereinafter accrue or
<br />otherwise be acquired, on account of, or in any way growing out
<br />of, or which are the subject of, her employment with the CITY OF
<br />COLTON, including, without limitation, any and all known or
<br />unknown claims for bodily and personal injuries as well as any
<br />emotional injury to JULIE HAYWARD BIGGS, or any future of JULIE
<br />HAYWARD BIGGS' representatives, which have resulted or may result
<br />from the alleged acts or omissions of the CITY OF COLTON and the
<br />City Council and councilpersons individually. This Release, on
