� <br />�� <br />'� <br />� <br />All questions about the meaning or intent of the contractual <br />documents, or if any bidder should find discrepancies in, or omission <br />frocn the Contractual Documents, he shall make a written request to the <br />Engineer for correction, clarification or interpretation of the point <br />in question. If it is necessary, the Engineer will issue an Addenda <br />in response to such questions. Only questions answered by Addenda <br />will be binding. <br />1.2.04 Non-Collusion Statement <br />A. Each bidder submitting a bid to the Owner for any portion of <br />the work contemplated by the documents on which bidding is <br />based shall execute and attach thereto, a statement <br />substantially in the form herein provided, to the effect that <br />the has not colluded with any other person, firm or <br />corporation in regard to any bid submitted. <br />B. Before executing any subcontract, the successful bidder shall <br />subrait the name of any proposed subcontractor for prior <br />approval and a statement substantially in the form provided in <br />the Proposal Section. <br />1.2.05 Bid Forms <br />These Contractual Documents include a complete set of bidding and <br />contract forms which are for the convenience of bidders and are not to <br />be detached from the Contractual Documents. <br />All bids must be submitted on forms supplied by the Owner and shall be <br />subject to all requirements of the Contractual Documents, including <br />the Drawings, and this INFOR'4.�TION FOR BIDDERS. All bids must be <br />regular in every respect; and no interlineation, excisions or special <br />conditions shall be made or included in the proposal form by the <br />bidder. <br />.�11 proposals sha11 be in ink, shall give the prices proposed, both in <br />•�ariting and in figures, and shall be signed in longhand by the bidder, <br />with his address and Contractor's State License Number. W'here there <br />is conflict between words and figures, the words shall govern. If the <br />proposal is made by an individual, his name and address must be shown. <br />If made by a partnership, the name and address of each member of the <br />partnership musL be shown. If made by a corporation, the proposal <br />must show the name of the state under the laws of which the <br />corporation was chartered and the name, titles and business address of <br />the president, secretary and treasurer. <br />1.2-2 <br />
