PRE- BID CONFERENCE <br />A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., February 18, 1998, in the Corporate Yard <br />Conference Room, 160 So. 10th St., Colton, California. Attendance is not mandatory, however, it <br />is highly recommended. <br />NOTICE <br />The City Council hereby reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any <br />irregularity.
