3.11 Information Technology Infrastructure - All computer hardware and <br />software related items which either directly or indirectly support the <br />operations of the MUIS system. <br />3.12 MUIS - Municipal Utility Information System 2000. This system is <br />a Year 2000 compliant hybrid of the MUIS system version 4.2 owned <br />by D.J. Roupe & Associates. The City of Azusa owns the right to all <br />changes made by its staff to the Base Code. <br />3.13 MUIS Manager - The Utility Information Systems Manager <br />employed by the City of Azusa for the purpose of managing and <br />maintaining the MUIS system. Employee will serve as the primary <br />point of contact for all questions relating to the operation and <br />maintenance of the MUIS system. <br />3.14 MUIS Staff - Employees of the City of Azusa in its Light & Water <br />Department employed for the purpose of maintaining the MUIS <br />system. <br />3.15 Operational State - The normal Operational State of the MUIS <br />system occurs when the System is functioning within its designed <br />parameters without extraordinary efforts by either Party. This state <br />commences after successful completion of the Implementation State <br />and may from time to time be interrupted by Customization or other <br />Change States. During the Operational State the MUIS Staff will <br />continue to make minor program adjustments or other modifications <br />which do not significantly impede normal operations. During the <br />Operational State, the MUIS system may from time to time <br />experience non-standard output or error conditions. <br />3.16 Technical Staff - Professional employees employed by either Party <br />who are trained in and are regularly assigned to the maintenance of <br />computer hardware and software. <br />3.17 Time Bank - Refers to the number of hours of an employee's time <br />each week that either Party is entitled to as part of this Agreement. <br />3.18 WAN Connection - All hardware, phone lines and services required <br />to maintain a constant connection between the private Local Area <br />Networks maintained by Azusa and Colton. <br />tq <br />sa Colton <br />Page 3 of I I <br />Customer Information Services Agreement <br />
