4. Services Provided by Azusa to Colton: <br />4.1 Customer Information S^ sy tem <br />a. The City of Azusa will provide a MUIS system for use by <br />Colton's Customer Service Division for the billing of Colton <br />customers. <br />b. The MUIS system will be operated from the Data Center by <br />the MUIS Staff and will be managed by the MUIS Manager. <br />C. The software used to create the MUIS system is licensed for <br />use only from a single HP 3000 minicomputer which will <br />reside at the Data Center. <br />d. The MUIS system will be maintained as one common <br />interface that will be shared by Azusa and Colton. <br />e. The MUIS system will be Year 2000 compliant to the best of <br />the MUIS Staff's knowledge; but is not guaranteed against <br />date related failures. <br />f. The MUIS system as provided will share the same programs <br />used by Azusa except for Customization necessary to meet <br />the needs of Colton. <br />g. The MUIS Staff will provide all MUIS system maintenance <br />functions including program changes and system fixes. <br />h. The MUIS Staff will train Colton's Technical Staff such that <br />they would be able to provide basic end user support such as <br />report generation or processing. <br />4.2 Employees: <br />a. Azusa will employ Technical Staff to program and manage <br />the MUIS system. <br />b.
