4.3 Data/File Management: <br />a. The MUIS Staff will provide all database and file <br />maintenance including backups, restores and file capacities. <br />b. The MUIS Staff will provide conversion and follow up <br />training as necessary within the limits of the Time Bank. <br />4.4 Information Services Oversi t: <br />a. The MUIS Manager will provide oversight of Information <br />Technology Infrastructure as defined above. <br />b. The MUIS Manager, working with the Colton's Technical <br />Staff, will set guidelines and standards for the Information <br />Technology Infrastructure. <br />5. Services Provided by Colton: <br />5.1 Customer Service Functions: <br />a. All processing, data entry and other standard MUIS system <br />functions will be performed entirely by Colton employees. <br />b. Customer Service employees are expected to use the MUIS <br />system as it was designed. <br />C. Customer Service employees will report immediately any <br />processes that do not complete as expected. <br />d. Colton will maintain compatible systems where there is <br />commonality (i.e. Meter Reading Systems, Conversant). <br />5.2 Information Services: <br />sa Colton <br />a. Colton will establish and maintain under the direction of the <br />MUIS Manager a WAN Connection between Azusa and <br />Colton. <br />b. Colton's Technical Staff will be made available to provide <br />assistance to the MUIS Staff for the installation, maintenance <br />or support of either the MUIS system or associated <br />Information Technology Infrastructure. <br />Page 5 of 1 I <br />Customer Information Services Agreement <br />
