DRAFT - MINUTES HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Minutes of July 27, 1999 <br />Page 9 <br />ITEM I - COMMISSION COMMENT <br />Commissioner Prieto expressed appreciation to <br />decision on the lot size reduction requested by Mr. <br />his fellow Commissioners for their unanimous <br />Reichel. <br />Commissioner Hernandez stated that he takes offense of comparisons offered by other <br />Commissioners on previous votes by the Commission. He stated that the comments allude to <br />inconsistencies by the Commission, when in fact, their record shows that they are quite consistent. <br />Chairperson Oliva expressed concern about graffiti on the south side of Valley Boulevard. <br />Commissioner Chavez asked if the City trims trees in the City right-of-way.
