This will be done through a <br />transaGtion whereby Taormina Industries, LLC, a <br />ic <br />Servlces("Taorrnina') will continue to fu#�ll the customer acrycou t service of Iobligations <br />Jack's in the Ciiy of Colton under its (Taormina'$) existing franchise agreemen.of <br />Furthermore, upon the close of the transaction between Jack's and Taormina <br />the close of the transition occurs) Jack's will relinquish all rights and responsibilities if <br />granted to it under the "Permit, Business License and Franchise Agreement for the <br />Collection, Removal, Recycling and Disposal of Solid Waste entered into by Jack's and <br />the City Of Colton on July 1, 1992. <br />Therefore, we respectively request that the City of Calton Provide written consent to <br />Jacks disposal Service, Inc.
