1 payments shall be sent. <br />2 <br />3 7.5 All bills to be sent by Sempra to AUN shall be sent to: <br />4 American Utility Network <br />5 1746 Vallejo Way <br />6 Upland, CA 91784 <br />7 <br />8 AUN may, at any time, by written notice to Colton, change the address to which <br />9 bills shall be sent. <br />10 <br />11 ARTICLE VIII <br />12 ADNIINISTRATION <br />13 <br />14 8.1 Operating Representative: One person appointed by each Party on or before <br />15 the effective date of this Agreement to secure effective cooperation and to deal on a <br />16 prompt and orderly basis with the various operation and technical problems which arise <br />17 in connection with performance by the Parties under this Agreement. Each Party shall <br />18 promptly notify, in writing, the other Parties of any subsequent change in such <br />19 designation. The establishment of any procedure or practice and any other action of <br />20 determination by the Operating Representatives shall be effective when signed by the <br />21 Parties' Operating Representatives. Each Operating Representative shall be authorized <br />22 by the Party designating him to act with respect to those matters herein provided to be <br />23 responsibilities of the Operating Representative. The function and responsibilities of the <br />24 Operating Representatives shall be: <br />25 8.1.1 To establish procedures and standard practices (consistent with the <br />26 provisions hereof) for the guidance of schedulers, load dispatchers and other operating <br />27 employees as to matters affecting performance under this Agreement; <br />Power Sales Agreement, City of Colton and American Utility Network June 8, 1999 Page 5 of 18 <br />
