Page 1 <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />City of Colton, Community Childcare agrees to act as <br />local sponsor for a seminar, which is a part of the <br />T. Berry Brazelton National Seminar Series (NSS), a <br />program of the Child Development Unit, Children's <br />Hospital, Boston. <br />The Child Development Unit agrees to provide the <br />services of Dr. T. Berry Brazelton and Associate <br />Faculty to present a parent lecture and professional <br />seminar on January 11 & 12, 2000, at Colton, <br />California <br />The terms of this agreement include the following: <br />FEE <br />1.The fee for the program is $20,000. The payment <br />schedule is divided into three installments as <br />follows: <br />a)$2,000 is payable immediately. This represents <br />confirmation of the dates and signing of the <br />letter of agreement. <br />b)$9,000 is payable three months before the <br />seminar or on October 11, 1999. <br />c)A balance of $9,000 is payable 30 days before <br />the date of the seminar or on December 11, 1999. <br />2.Failure to make payments may result in the <br />cancellation of the program. <br />3.All checks should be made payable to: <br />The Child Development Unit <br />And mailed, via Federal Express, to: <br />The National Seminar Series <br />Children's Hospital <br />Child Development Unit <br />1295 Boylston Street <br />Suite 320 <br />Boston, MA 02215 <br />Child Devclnhment, Iii;itThr CY'dldreri s 7 2R6 Rovlston Stmt, SI Lite 320, Boston MA 02215 <br />
