DT -28-99 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did hold a Public <br />Hearing for File Index No. DT -28-99 on July 27, 1999, to consider the applicant's <br />request for approval of Tentative Tract Map No. 16019, a subdivision of approximately <br />11 acres of land into 52 single family residential parcels, and an Environmental <br />Determination; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission denied File Index No. DT -28-99; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant made a timely appeal of the Planning Commissio <br />decision concerning Tentative Tract Map No. 16019 ("Appealed Decision"); and <br />WHEREAS, on September 7, 1999, the City Council of the City of Col <br />conducted a duly noticed public hearing on File Index No. DT -28-99 at which time <br />persons wishing to testify in connection with the application where heard and <br />Appealed Decision was fully studied; and <br />WHEREAS, the Appealed Decision was reviewed, <br />studied, <br />and <br />found i <br />compliance with the California Environmental <br />Quality Act <br />("CEQA") <br />as <br />more full <br />described below; and <br />WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution <br />occurred. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C <br />OF COLTON: <br />
