City of Colton <br />Agenda Report <br />Council Meeting of March 21, 2000 <br />Page 3 <br />These additional funds were not budgeted for expenditure in the 1999/2000 Fiscal Year <br />Capital Projects Budget and thus an appropriation must be approved by the City <br />Council in the amount of $101,350. The project account established for Project 3-5 <br />Phase II is 754-6850-6859-3890. <br />Upon approval of the requested appropriation, funds will be available in the <br />aforementioned project account. The source of such funds will be a portion of those <br />funds transferred by the County of San Bernardino in 1995. <br />J <br />Daryl J. Pams , Assistant City Manager <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the extension of the Consulting <br />Services Agreement with the Arrowhead Management Group for the Pre -Design and <br />Design Phases of the Project 3-5 Storm Drain in the amount of $92,710 and the <br />additional work associated with the Meridian Avenue Detention Basin in the amount of <br />$8,640. <br />Additionally, staff recommends that the City Council approve an appropriation in the <br />amount of $101,350 to cover the project costs discussed in this report. <br />Attachments <br />
