From the answers to <br />these and other questions, they might be able to develop other activities, presentations and displays. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Funds are not budgeted for this proposed event. It is requested that funds be drawn from the <br />unappropriated fund balance Account #100-2970. It is estimated that a one -day event would cost <br />$10,000. Therefore, the requested budget allocation is not to exceed $10,000. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends City Council approval of the attached resolution and authorize the increase of the <br />budget in the Parks, Recreation and Family Services Community Centers Account 4100-6200- <br />6214-2306 by $10,000.
