Page 2 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The City has previously recommended $25,000 for a Park Master Plan. This amount was to have <br />been made available through the City's Park Development Fund. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ALTERNATIVE RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff concurs with the development of detailed Park Master Plan, but recommends the hiring of a <br />consultant to direct the project. Staff does not agree with a limited use role for the consultant.
