I RESOLUTION NO. R-133-02 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />3 CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR <br />a MEMBERS OF THE COLTON POLICE OFFICERS <br />ASSOCIATION OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has given full <br />7 consideration to the results of meetings between representatives of the City of <br />8 <br />Colton and representatives of the Colton Police Officers Association held pursuant <br />9 <br />to Government Code Section 3500 at. Seq. <br />10 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS that the <br />11 <br />12 amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" and <br />13 attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be <br />15 effective as of November 23, 2002. <br />16 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2002. <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />DEIRDRE H.
