R-82-03 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />R-67-00, THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BY AND BETWEEN THE <br />COLTON FIRE ASSOCIATION AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the result of ineetings between <br />representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Colton Fire Association held <br />pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Summary of Changes, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted <br />hereby; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does authorize the City Manager or his <br />designee, to sign the Consolidated Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the City; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of <br />July 1, 2003, contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
