In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for damages when you drove over a lift in the road on Riverside Drive. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The area of your incident is not within the City limits of Colton <br />but within the City of Rialto limits. With this in mind we find there is no liability on the <br />part of the City of Colton. We would suggest you present your claim to the City of <br />Rialto. <br />With the above in mind, we have recommended denial of your claim.
