In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for damages to your front tire and bumper. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The potholes on Aqua Manza Road were repaired on October <br />26, 2002. While checking the area of your incident, the City found sections of the edge <br />of the road were missing and if you were to travel too close to the edge it is possible to <br />incur damage. By keeping your vehicle fully contained within the driving lane, you <br />would not have sustained damage to your vehicle. <br />With the above in mind, we have recommended denial of your claim.
