The Final FIR addresses potential impacts of the <br />Redevelopment Plan on traffic and circulation, at pages 34 through 46. The Final FIR concludes <br />that construction of public or private projects in furtherance of the Redevelopment Plan could <br />impact traffic and circulation. The Agency finds and determines that the recommended <br />mitigation measures to reduce traffic and circulation impacts associated with construction of <br />public or private projects in furtherance of the Redevelopment Plan, as set forth on pages 46 and <br />47 of the Final EIR and in response to comments to the draft FIR, will mitigate the potential <br />traffic and circulation impacts that could be associated with construction of public or private <br />projects in furtherance of the Redevelopment Plan to a less than significant level. <br />Section 10. Air Qualit . The Final FIR addresses potential air quality impacts of the <br />Redevelopment Plan, at pages 49 through 61. The Final EIR concludes that construction of <br />public or private projects in furtherance of the Redevelopment Plan could result in short-term air <br />emission impacts. The Agency finds and determines that the recommended mitigation measures <br />to reduce potential air emission impacts associated with construction of public or private projects <br />in furtherance of the Redevelopment Plan, as set forth on page 59 of the Final FIR. �vill mitigate <br />the potential air emission impacts that could be associated with construction of public or private <br />projects in furtherance of the Redevelopment Plan to a less than significant level. <br />Section 11. Hazardous Materials. The Final EIR addresses potential hazardous <br />materials impacts of the Redevelopment Plan, at pages 68 through 70. The Final EIR concludes <br />that construction of public or private projects in furtherance of the Redevelopment Plan on <br />properties where hazardous materials are either presently in use or were in use on the property in <br />the past, if my, could result in hazardous materials impacts.
