Reject the Planning Commission's recommendation to the City Council to approve the Zone Ordinance Text Amendments of Chapter 18.50 and Chapter 18.54 of the Colton Municipal Code File Index Numbers DAP -000-239 and DAP -000-240. 2. Approve, reject or revise specific sections of the Zone Ordinance Text Amendments of Chapter 18.50 and Chapter 18.54 of the Colton Municipal Code in approving File Index Number DAP - 000 -239 and DAP -000-240. FISCAL IMPACT: None. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: None. The adoption of this Zone Ordinance Text Amendment is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council: 1. Waiving further reading, read by title only and approve the following: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Colton amending Chapter 18.50 and Chapter 18.54 of the Colton Municipal Code; and 2. Approve File Index Number DAP -000-239 and DAP -000-240, approving the Text Amendments to Chapter 18.54 of the Colton Municipal Code pertaining to animal keeping under Section 18.54.020 (A)(1), and to Chapter 18.50 of the Colton Municipal Code pertaining to off-street parking for eating and drinking establishments under Section 18.20.120 (A)(3), 18.22.120 (A)(4), 18.24.120 (A)(5)9 18.26.120 (A)(6), and 18.28.120 (A)(6).
