Agenda Report <br />Organizational Changes <br />June 1, 2004 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends approval by City Council for the reorganization of the Community <br />Services, Electric Utility, and Public Services Departments. Effective immediately, create two <br />positions, General Manager and Assistant General Manager, in the Electric Utility Department, add <br />both positions to the Executive Unit and approve the resolution establishing the salary ranges for <br />the five (5) positions, which include the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, City <br />Engineer, Recreation Services Manager, and Information Systems Manager. <br />Approve the recruitment and ratification of the Executive Assistant for the Public Services <br />Department effective July 1, 2004. <br />Attachment: Resolution (1) <br />REVIEW TEAM ONL <br />City Attorney: Ik <br />City Manager: <br />Adg 060104 Reorganimtional Changes <br />Finance Director:_ <br />OTHER: <br />
