Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1625 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE <br />First Reading NO. 1602, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE <br />RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />Zoning <br />P. Resolution No. 1041 <br />Mayor Huntoon declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavits of Publication and reported <br />that no objections or protests had been received. <br />Planning Director Aguilera reported that the City Council approved the <br />General Plan on December 15, 1981, and at that time instructed staff to <br />create zones and regulations for those new General Plan designations of <br />"Industrial Park," "Business Park," "Multi -Use Corridor," and Agricultural." <br />The Planning Commission reviewed these new designations, held a public <br />hearing and agreed with the proposed zones and changes as shown on the <br />attached ordinance. <br />Mr. Aguilera recommendedthe first reading of Ordinance No. 1626. <br />Mayor Huntoon asked if anyone desired to speak on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to terminate <br />the Public Hearing.
