Unanimous vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Zone Change <br />Ord. No. 1646 <br />Mayor Huntoon declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Planning Director Aguilera reported on a zone change application re- <br />quested by A & K Developments, Inc., to change the zone from RE to <br />RE/PC, on approximately 22 acres of land located south of Hilltop <br />Drive and east of Barton Road, and also west of additional property <br />owned by the applicant, which consists of approximately 28 acres, and <br />is currently zoned RE/PC. The applicant has proposed the PC Overlay <br />Zone for the remainder of his property in order to cluster the homes <br />in the flat areas of his development, and the proposal would yield a <br />density of less than two units per acre with large amount of open <br />space. <br />JUL " 9 1983 <br />
