RESOLUTION NO 4424 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON CONFIRMING CERTAIN REPORTS OF THE SUPER- INTENDENT OF STREETS. Street Maintenance Res. No. 4425 Mayor Huntoon declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests or objections had been received. Mr. McGee reported on the alley paving project between 10th and 11th Streets and "B" and "C" Streets at a cost of $2,084.12. Mr. McGee stated all of the required notices to the affected property owners have been sent, and there are no known protests. Mayor Huntoon asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, the Pub- lic Hearing was terminated. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO Financing 4425 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON CONFIRMING CERTAIN REPORTS OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS. Mayor Huntoon declared the Public Hearing open. Civ Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests or objections had been received. Mr. Francis J. Baum, of Best, Best & Krieger, made the presentation regarding the request by Stewart II - Spiers for permanent tax-exempt financing for the second phase of its project in the Cooley Ranch. Mr. Baum concluded Staff recommends that, by minute action, Council approve the issuance of a Mortgage Revenue Note by the Redevelopment Agency in an amount not to exceed $1,650,000, to provide permanent financing for the second phase of Stewart II - Spiers project in the Cooley Ranch. Mayor Huntoon asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, the Public Hearing was terminated. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to ap- prove Staff's recommendation with regard to issuing Mortgage Revenue Note to complete second phase of Stewart II - Spiers project in the Cooley Ranch. Unanimous vote. COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECT Transfer of Funds Res. No. 4426 'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIO Dir-ctor of Community Services Joe McGee reported on a request for a transfer of funds for the Cemetery Division in the amount of $3,000, to cover a part-time cemetery caretaker's salary. Mr. McGee advised that adoption of Resolution No. 4426 would accomplish this. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to ap- prove RESOLUTION NO. 4426.
