422 <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to ap- <br />prove RESOLUTION NO. 4424. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO <br />4424 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON CONFIRMING CERTAIN REPORTS OF THE SUPER- <br />INTENDENT OF STREETS. <br />Street Maintenance <br />Res. No. 4425 <br />Mayor Huntoon declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Mr. McGee reported on the alley paving project between 10th and 11th <br />Streets and "B" and "C" Streets at a cost of $2,084.12. Mr. McGee <br />stated all of the required notices to the affected property owners <br />have been sent, and there are no known protests. <br />Mayor Huntoon asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, the Pub- <br />lic Hearing was terminated. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to ap- <br />prove RESOLUTION NO. 4425. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO <br />Financing <br />4425 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON CONFIRMING CERTAIN REPORTS OF THE <br />SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS. <br />Mayor Huntoon declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Civ Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Mr. Francis J. Baum, of Best, Best & Krieger, made the presentation <br />regarding the request by Stewart II - Spiers for permanent tax-exempt <br />financing for the second phase of its project in the Cooley Ranch. <br />Mr. Baum concluded Staff recommends that, by minute action, Council <br />approve the issuance of a Mortgage Revenue Note by the Redevelopment <br />Agency in an amount not to exceed $1,650,000, to provide permanent <br />financing for the second phase of Stewart II - Spiers project in the <br />Cooley Ranch. <br />Mayor Huntoon asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, the <br />Public Hearing was terminated. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to ap- <br />prove Staff's recommendation with regard to issuing Mortgage Revenue <br />Note to complete second phase of Stewart II - Spiers project in the <br />Cooley Ranch. Unanimous vote. <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECT <br />Transfer of Funds <br />Res. No. 4426 <br />'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIO <br />Dir-ctor of Community Services Joe McGee reported on a request for <br />a transfer of funds for the Cemetery Division in the amount of <br />$3,000, to cover a part-time cemetery caretaker's salary. Mr. McGee <br />advised that adoption of Resolution No. 4426 would accomplish this. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to ap- <br />prove RESOLUTION NO. 4426.
