Upon Roll Call, the Vote was unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-11-88 - AN URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ADDING CHAPTER 16.58 <br />TO TITLE 16 (DIVISION OF LAND) OF THE COLTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE THE DEDICATION OF <br />LAND OR PAYMENT OF IN LIEU FEES FOR PARK AND <br />RECREATIONAL PURPOSES PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA <br />GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 66477 AND ESTABLISHING <br />INTERIM AUTHORIZATION FOR SUCH FEES PURSUANT <br />TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65962. <br />CORRESPONDENCE: <br />Mr. David Roupe, Data Processing Consultant for the City of Colton, made <br />a presentation to the City Council regarding the City's computer pro- <br />gramming and operations, starting at the beginning and his first associ- <br />tion with the City to the present time. <br />Mr. Roupe stated that the City's growth has created great demands on <br />the system and its operations, programs, etc., as initially they had <br />8 applications, and now have 25. Mr. Roupe commended those employees <br />who have terminals and have expanded their own programs and operation. <br />Mr. Roupe also commended the City Council and Staff for their support <br />and cooperation. <br />G <br />
