Lizzi, Transportation Engineer, Linscott, Law & Greenspan, <br />Engineers, 1580 Corporate Drive, Costs Mesa <br />After additional discussion among Council Members and Staff, moved by <br />Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to close the Public <br />Hearing. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve <br />the Zone Change, Index No. A-2-88, with conditions as stated, pending <br />review by the Planning Commission and submittal of an ordinance to the <br />City Council. Unanimous vote. <br />Text Amendment <br />Ord. No. 0-13-88 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Community Development Director Aguilera reported on a proposed ordinance <br />to regulate the placement of Satellite Dish Antennas in Colton in resi- <br />dential, commercial and industrial areas, subject to obtaining a build- <br />ing permit and approval of the Community Development Director, along <br />with other conditions. <br />4 <br />
