Colton's share would be 17.7%, or <br />approximately $43,000. <br />Ms. Keane concluded Staff recommends <br />up to $43,000 from the sewer utility <br />site testing. R-6-88 and R-7-88 <br />Assistant City Manager Leslie Keane reported on the election conducted <br />by the City on January 5, 1988, of the property owners in the Mello <br />Roos Community Facilities District 87-1, and requested approval of two <br />resolutions, determining the results of the election and commencing <br />validation proceedings. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Statement of the City Clerk, acting as <br />the Election Official, for the Community Facilities District 87-1 Elec- <br />tion held January 5, 1988, which recites the authority for holding the <br />election, that the provisions of the Elections Code and Government Code <br />were complied with, and the results of the canvass. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve <br />Resolution No. R-6-88.
