Mr. Benest concluded Staff recommends the City Council adopt the Five - Year Park Development Plan to insure adequate park and open space is available to all residents of Colton. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve and adopt the City's Five -Year Park Development Plan as presented. Vote was unanimous. Closed Session Mr. Benest requested a Closed Session at the end of the meeting dealing with Personnel Matters only, and would not include Pending Litigation.
