RESOLUTION NO. R-48-88 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR LEVY OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1988-89 FOR CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1. RESOLUTION NO. R-49-88 - RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DIS- TRICT NO. 1 CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND DIA- GRAM AND ORDERING LEVY AND COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1988-89. D - r -_ --1 Res. No. R-50-88 Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. Personnel Officer Benest submitted the Affidavit of Posting and reported that no protests or objections had been received. Personnel Officer Benest reviewed a memorandum regarding amendments to the City's Pay and Classification Plan to include the positions of Senior Energy Services Specialist, Electric Department; Administrative Analyst I and II, Police Department; and General Services Manager, Finance De- partment. Mr. Benest outlined the duties and responsibilities of each classification and the salary ranges and schedules. Mr. Benest concluded Staff recommends approval of the job descriptions for each position, and adoption of Resolution No. R-50-883, amending the City's Pay and Classification Plan. Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to close the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Job Descriptions for positions as outlined, and Resolution No. R-50-889 amending the City's Pay and Classification Plan. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. R-50-88 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-160-87. Fees Ord. No. 0-18-88 Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. City Manager Benest requested that the Public Hearing to adopt Ordinance No. 0-18-88, be continued to Wednesday, June 29, 1988. 5
