Councilwoman Cisneros asked about the City's Ordinance regulating the use of sound vehicles, the hours involved, etc. Mrs. Cisneros said she felt the use of a sound vehicle was really in the spirit of an election and she was all for it, however, she suggested the hours be changed to avoid dis- turbing anyone. City Attorney Edwards asked Mr. Abril if the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. were agreeable to him. Mr. Abril stated that would be all right. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Permit for Sound Vehicle for Tuesday, November 8, 1988, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Unanimous vote.
