BE HELD IN JUNE OF 1992 <br />Motion by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to <br />nominate and appoint the following members to the task force: <br />Margaret Matich, Duane Sharp, Charles Gabriel with Jerry Rios <br />as alternate member of said committee. Motion carried with Council- <br />iman Roman voting "NO." <br />City Manager Stratton stated that the Closed Session will be held at <br />the conclusion of the RDA meeting. <br />Deeds and Tracts <br />City Manager Stratton states that this matter is for approval of <br />corrective deed for Shadid Drive Street right-of-way, Reche Canyon <br />and for approval of Tract #14424 for recordation, 14 lots along <br />Shadid Drive, Reche Canyon. <br />City Engineer Wilson advised these are corrective deeds to make the <br />tract whole and there is no land exchange. The official map contain- <br />ing the three corrective deeds with lot line adjustments are awaiting <br />signature of one property owner. Mr. Wilson stated he has been <br />working closely with Chicago Title Company, specifically Mr. Dorsey, <br />Land Surveyor, and documents will soon be ready for City Council's <br />review. Mr. A. Gunn, 3017 Shadid Dr, Colton, stated that Mr. Gary <br />Jackson had executed his deed and it should be included tonight. <br />This will clear up the back portion of the area concerned. City <br />Engineer Wilson stated he had no problem including Mr. Jackson's deed. <br />The council action would be to accept three corrective deeds. <br />Motion by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to <br />approve all three corrective deeds for Shadid Drive Street Right - <br />of Way, Reche Canyon. Unanimous vote. <br />As to Tract 14454 , City Engineer Wilson indicated that in the <br />easterly Reche Canyon Drive area a drainage easement and sewer <br />easement were found. Applicable bonds have been posted and it is <br />expected that the tract map will be approved. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to <br />approve Tract No. 14424 for recordation, 14 Lots along Shadid Drive, <br />Reche Canyon. Unanimous vote. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />City Manager Stratton advises that this is the Second Reading of <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-19-91 to provide refuse collection by city haulers <br />or franchise haulers and also ORDINANCE NO. 0-20-91 amending the <br />Colton Municipal Code relating to solid waste collection and business <br />licenses. <br />8 DEC 9 IMI <br />
