R-16-91. Unanimous vote. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Industrial Retirement of Police Officer Manning <br />City Manager Sotelo reported the matter regarding the Industrial <br />Retirement of Police officer Paul Manning will be considered in <br />Closed Session. <br />Contract Amendment for Weekend Worker Program <br />City Manager Sotelo reported the matter regarding the Contract <br />Amendment with the County Sheriff's Department for the Weekend <br />Worker Program will be considered in Closed Session. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Manager Sotelo requested a Closed Session at the end of the <br />meeting for the pupose of Personnel Matters and Litigation. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />City Attorney Edwards read ordinance NO. 0-1-91, by title for <br />second reading. <br />Moved by Council Member Lofy, seconded by Council Member Rehrer, to <br />waive full reading and adopt ordinance No. 0-1-91.
