City Manager Lewis <br />answered that it would be comparable to what is there or the matter will be returned <br />to City Council. <br />!'Motion by Councilmember Bennett, seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, to accept <br />staff recommendation and authorize the landscape maintenance district to commence <br />with the quit -claim process approved. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR & COUNCIL ITEM5 <br />Proclamations <br />Mayor Gonzales read the proclamation which declared March 1993 as Youth Art <br />Month. Ms, Dorothy Lindsey accepted the proclamation, Councilmember Rios read <br />the proclamation which declared the week of February 14, 1993 as Vocational <br />Education Week. Ms, Lori Mclaughlin, RCP Area Manager, received the proclamation. <br />Rancho Mediterrania <br />Mayor Gonzales informed that Mr. Brooks London of the London Croup asked that the <br />this item be continued to a March meeting as he was desirous of including results of <br />the February 22nd meeting. Councilmember Sandoval inquired if parr residents were <br />informed of this meeting. ibis. Taylor, Interim Economic Development, stated the <br />park's steering committee was invited to be present, <br />Councilmember Sandoval reported that there was a big turnout at the meeting held <br />on February 4, 1993, where several concerns were discussed.
