ORDINANCE: <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California, Amending Chapter 10.40 of the Colton Municipal Code in its entirety relating to <br />Rotational Towing Services, ORDINANCE NO. 0-25-04. <br />Motion/second by CM Chastain/De La Rosa to waive full reading and pass first reading of <br />Ordinances 0-25-04 Amending Chapter 10.40 of the Colton Municipal Code in its entirety relating <br />to Rotational Towing Services. Unanimous vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens address the Council: Pedro Guadalajara, William Richards, and <br />Yvonne Oliveras. <br />Ms. Oliveras introduced herself as a representative of the SCIU Local 4348, Long Term Care <br />Union that represent home care workers in San Bernardino /Los Angeles Counties.
