ORDINANCES: First Reading Wide Load Ordinance Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of Ordinance Amending the Wide Load Ordinance, ORDINANCE NO. 0- 03-05. City Engineer Jakher request that this item be continued to second meeting in March to do more research on some of the issues that have come up since the report was placed on the agenda. City Attorney clarified the request, explaining that staff was requesting that the item be tabled for two meetings to second meeting in March and does not require a motion or vote. There was no opposition by the Councilmembers present to the request by City Engineer Jakher to continue this item to the March 22, 2005 regular Council Meeting. SECOND READING Waive Full Reading of Pass Second Reading of Ordinance for the Gas Sales Agreement in Connection with the SCPPA Gas Acquisition Project, and Elect to Participate in the Project under the Development Agreement, ORDINANCE NO. 0-02-05. Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Hernandez to waive full reading and pass second reading of Ordinance No. 0-02-05. Motion carried with Councilmember Chastain absent. PUBLIC COMMENT: The following citizens addressed the City Council: Veronica Jaurigue, Eddie Lemus, Paul Jaurigue, Gary Zendejas, Rob Vasquez, Alan Ramos, Cynthia De La Rosa, Pat Chavez, Leticia Perkins, Rachel Wyles, Gerrie Duran, and Bonnie Cruz. MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: COMMENTS, INTER -GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY REPORTS, INFORMATION SESSIO� AND ACTION ITEMS: Mayor Bennett and CM De La Rosa requested staff to look into the Carl Rimbaugh concern to find a solution.
