Community Development Director Zamora explained that they have <br />worked with Sprint and compromised with the applicant as they felt that the reception would be <br />significant difference such as areas in Reche Canyon. City Attorney Derleth clarified that this <br />was the restriction rather than a CUP restriction; the applicant said it was a prohibition; it is just <br />a required CUP restriction. CM Hernandez explained that these were cell towers and the high <br />towers were not clear reception through the canyon for Fire and Police. Police Chief Rulon <br />responded.
