Mayor Chastain explained that since CM Mitchell has a conflict with the Santa Ana River Project <br />Area, he will be excused and a vote will be taken on Ordinance No. 0-09-07 as it relates to SB <br />53. Mayor Chastain asked that CM Mitchell disclose the potential conflict. <br />CM Mitchell announced that he would recuse himself from discussion and vote of this item as <br />they own property within 500 yards of the project. <br />Motion/second by CM Suchil/Oliva to waive full reading and pass first reading ORDINANCE NO. <br />0-09-07 Motion carred. <br />CM Mitchell take his place at the dais. <br />Mayor Chastain explained that since there are no conflicts a vote will be taken on Ordinance <br />No. 0-10-07 and 0-11-07 as it relates to SB 53. <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil to waive full reading and pass first <br />reading ORDINANCE NO. 0-10-07 and 0-11-07.
