Such wall shall not be required until the lot or parcel is occupied by a <br />permitted uses, <br />(SECTION 918): METAL BUILDINGS, <br />No metal buildings, as defined in the Bulding Code of the city., or any <br />other building of which the walls or walls and roof are composed of sheet metal <br />shall be erected., constructed., established, altered., enlarged., moved into or <br />within a manufacturing limited zone. <br />(SECTION 919): AREA <br />Area requirements in a manufacturing limited zone shall be as follows: <br />(A) LOT AREA AND WIDTH* <br />(1) Lot Area. A Minimum area of one acre; except, that a lot having <br />less area may be approved in connection with uses permitted under a condit- <br />ional use permit. <br />(Z) Lot Width. A Minimum frontage of one hundred fifty feet; except, <br />that a lot having less width may be approved in connection with uses permitted <br />under a conditional use permit. <br />(SECTION 920): SIGNS <br />The following signs shall be permitted in the "ML" Zone: <br />
