1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />215 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />Every permit issued by the Administrative Authority under the provisions <br />of this code shall expire by limitation and become null and void, if the work <br />authorized by such permit is not commenced within sixty (60)" days from the date <br />of issuance of such permit, or if the work authorized by such permit is suspended <br />or abandoned at anytime after the work is commenced for a period of sixty (60 )1 <br />days Before such work can be recommenced a new permit shall be first <br />obtained to do so. <br />SECTION 1 - 10 Delete sub -paragraph (a), and add <br />Sub -paragraph (d),: No permit shall be issued to any person to do or cause <br />to be done any building sewer work on public property or utility easements, <br />regulated by this code, except to a person holding a valid Plumbing Contractor's <br />license, or Sewer Contractor's license. <br />SECTION 1.13 - Schedule of Fees. <br />Fees to be collected shall be determined by resolution of the City Council <br />of the City of Colton. <br />SECTION 3. Exceptions. <br />The said Plumbing Code is hereby amended by addition thereto., <br />Section 1.15 reading as follows: <br />Neither this ordinance nor said Uniform Plumbing Code shall be construed <br />as imposing upon the City of Colton any liability or responsibility for damage <br />from defective plumbing or drainage system or the installation thereof, nor shall <br />the City of Colton, or any official or employee thereof be held as assuming any <br />such liability or responsibility by reason of the inspection authorized thereunder. <br />SECTION 4. Delete all of Part 2. <br />SECTION 5: Said Plumbing Code is hereby amended by-, adding <br />Section 323. readina a.q fnllncnre• <br />
