Exceptions. <br />The said Plumbing Code is hereby amended by addition thereto., <br />Section 1.15 reading as follows: <br />Neither this ordinance nor said Uniform Plumbing Code shall be construed <br />as imposing upon the City of Colton any liability or responsibility for damage <br />from defective plumbing or drainage system or the installation thereof, nor shall <br />the City of Colton, or any official or employee thereof be held as assuming any <br />such liability or responsibility by reason of the inspection authorized thereunder. <br />SECTION 4.
