of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon <br />conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hun- <br />dred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the County jail not exceeding <br />six months or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br />SECTION FOUR.
