Reference is hereby made to the 2 Engineer's Report on file with the Clerk for a full and 3 detailed description of the existing improvements and mainte- 4 nance, the boundaries of the area proposed to be annexed to 5 the District, and the proposed assessments upon assessable` 6 lots and parcels of land within the District. 7 - Section 6. Than this City Council has approved the 8 report of` the Engineer of Work which report indicates the 9 amount of the proposed assessment, the District boundary, 10 assessment zones, detailed description of improvements, and 11 the method of assessment.
