91 <br />however, City of Colton and EcoGroup agree that any energy and water surve <br />not processed within the first five (5) business days of receipt will be proces <br />within the next five (5) business days of receipt. <br />5.5 City of Colton's designated Program Coordinator shall assist Eco hen <br />necessary in obtaining all information required for the timely pro g of the <br />energy and water surveys. All EcoGroup requests will be han y City of <br />Colton's Program Coordinator within two (2) business days ceipt. <br />5.6 Should City of Colton's Program Coordinator on occa ' e unable to meet the <br />turnaround times specified in Paragraph 9.5, City of n agrees to provide <br />EcoGroup with the additional time as necessary in r to complete the <br />processing of the affected energy and water sure City of Colton also <br />acknowledges the possibility that some energ water surveys may not be <br />processable by EcoGroup due to insufficien ncorrect information. <br />5.7 EcoGroup shall retain the hard copy f f the processed energy and water <br />surveys for a period of three (3) mo Processed energy and water surveys <br />older than three (3) months will b rned to City of Colton. City of Colton <br />will reimburse EcoGroup at cos the shipping charges incurred to return the <br />processed energy and water s s to City of Colton. As an option, EcoGroup <br />will recycle processed energ water surveys older than three (3) months at <br />no cost to City of Colton. <br />i <br />5.8 Up to four (4) City of n supplied program materials for other program <br />offerings can be incl in the report package mailed to the participants at no <br />additional cost, ho, any increase in postage will be passed through to City <br />of Colton. In thi , timely program information is delivered to a targeted <br />audience at a po which the household is conditioned to take action. <br />5.9 City of Colt ` all reimburse EcoGroup at cost for all associated postage costs <br />incurred iGroup in the implementation of the DMP program. Associated <br />postafeinclude, but are not limited to: postage for all outgoing and <br />incomerialsbusiness reply mail postal permits, post office box rentals <br />and deps, post office accounting fees, drop shipments of materials via <br />Exp 'from a post office within City of Colton's service territory to <br />Ec r up's office in Arizona. <br />6. EcoGroup shall provide monthly production reports to the Contract Manager <br />and/or Program Coordinator by the tenth business day of each month.
