Wood rail fence section <br />2. Grading Plan - The grading plan will illustrate ex- <br />isting and proposed contours of the project site with <br />appropriate spot grade elevations. On site water <br />will be included. <br />3. Planting Plan and Details This plan will locate and <br />identify all items of plana material to be used and <br />all landscape earthwork to be done. <br />4. Irrigation Plan and Details - This plan will layout <br />ail piping,. valves, control equipment, sprinkler <br />heads and for irrigation of all of the planted areas. <br />5. Specifications - We will prepare specifications iden- <br />tifying types and quality of materials and methods to <br />be used in construction. We will provide technical <br />specifications as may be requir d. The City will <br />provide their standard boilerplatefor usewithinthe <br />specifications. <br />6. Opinion of Probable Construction Cost - An opinion of <br />probable construction cost will be -developed based on <br />the working drawings.
