Purpose of Agreement: <br />The purpose of this agreement is to fund and obtain consult- <br />ing services to study the present and future waste composition and <br />management practices within the Cities and surrounding County <br />areas for the purpose of developing source reduction and recycling <br />elements pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 40000 at. seq. <br />for each jurisdiction. <br />2. Request for Consultant Proaosals: <br />a. An RFP has been prepared for such consulting services and <br />study describing the substance, scope and depth of the work to be <br />performed as well as qualification for the consultant to be hired, <br />in the form set out in Exhibit A, attached and incorporated as if <br />fully set forth here. <br />
