Upon completion of the f ield work, ISW will issue a <br />100% invoice to the City for its work, which will be <br />payable in thirty (30) days from date of installation. <br />A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will be charged on <br />delinquent accounts. <br />10. This proposal is good for 90 days. <br />The City may show acceptance of the proposal and special <br />provisions by signing the designated space below and making this <br />part of a City purchase order.
